Aggregate [ˈæɡ.rɪ.ɡət] – a collection of individual mineral grains and their outgrowths that make up a rock or part of it (for example, a granular aggregate of granite-feldspar, quartz and mica). 2) Soil aggregate – a part of soil containing absorbed calcium, hardened with water-insoluble humus.
